Job Summary

The selected interns will work with our creative, media, strategy, and client service teams to support campaign planning, content development, digital marketing execution, client coordination, reporting, and day-to-day agency operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are curious, responsible, communicative, and eager to learn from real brand and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Write social media captions, ad copies, campaign lines, scripts, and content ideas.
• Support Bangla and English copywriting for different brands and platforms.
• Assist in developing creative concepts, headlines, taglines, and content calendars.
• Work closely with designers, motion designers, and planners.
• Maintain brand tone, message clarity, and platform-friendly writing.

Requirement

• Freshers with strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, branding, or communication are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content.
• Interest in marketing, content, media buying, client communication, and brand campaigns.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work with a team.
• Organized, responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Basic experience using AI tools for research, content ideas, or creative support will be an advantage.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Fresh graduates from Marketing, BBA, MBA, Mass Communication & Journalism, CSE or any relevant discipline are encouraged to apply.
• Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with strong communication skills, creativity, and practical interest in the role.

• 4-month internship period.
